  • The AALMA Method is for women who have achieved a level of success in their lives in certain areas but still feel blocked from reaching their ultimate desires for a fulfilling life. Women who are open to experiencing their life in a new way find the method to be the most effective.

  • While The AALMA Method is designed to break through limiting beliefs and transform your life in a collapsed period of time, it does not replace psychological therapy nor medical advice. However, this work compliments therapy by providing clarity on the areas of life that will make the biggest difference to transform.

  • The AALMA Method is designed to fit within the day-to-day of your life, in the privacy of your own space, when it works best for you. The three distinct cycles are each comprised of three months of programming. Depending on the membership level, the cycles are incorporated accordingly for an annual journey. Each membership is a self-led journey through structured, time-released lessons and exercises over a year-long period. The annual membership begins when you begin - you choose when you start.

  • Yes, extended payment plans are offered through Affirm, Cash App Pay and Klarna at checkout.
